GoodTogether ("we," "us," or "our") is building an AI-powered dating app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at goodtogether.love (the "Site"), where you can join our early-access list. We are not yet offering the app itself; this policy covers the Site only. We will publish a fuller policy covering the app before it launches.
Information we collect
When you sign up for early access, we collect the email address you provide. Our signup form also records limited technical context with each submission to help us prevent spam and abuse: which form you used and your browser's user-agent string. We do not ask for or collect any other personal details on the Site.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Add you to our early-access waitlist;
- Notify you when early access becomes available and send you related updates;
- Understand interest in GoodTogether and improve our launch; and
- Protect the Site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
We will only email you about GoodTogether. We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How your information is stored
Early-access signups are stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Hosting), which processes data on our behalf. Google may process this information in accordance with its own terms and security practices. Access to the signup list is restricted, and our database is configured so the list cannot be read publicly.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for marketing. Standard server logs and the technical context described above may be processed to keep the Site secure and reliable. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
Data retention
We keep your email address for as long as you remain on the early-access list or until you ask us to remove it. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at the address below, and we will delete your information from our active list.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@goodtogether.love and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
GoodTogether is intended for adults. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as GoodTogether develops. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate.
